On July 11, 2010, Senior al-Shabaab member Abdikadir Mohamed Abdikadir (aka Ikrima) was involved in the planning and directing the suicide bombings at two locations in Kampala, Uganda during the screenings of the World Cup final. These attacks killed 76 people, including a U.S. citizen.
